Emotions Through the Lens of Jazz is an intimate evening of live music presented by The Mental Note on Saturday, October 10, in Jacksonville. Featuring the John Lumpkin Trio, the event explores six core emotions through jazz standards, creating a unique space to connect music, emotion, and mental health.

So Fresh Plant Shop will be supplying plants for the event and will also share a brief perspective on the connection between plants, our environments, and mental well-being. It’s an evening designed to encourage reflection, emotional awareness, and connection through music and nature.
